Dear WUSD Families,
Registration is now Open for the WELL 2025 Summer Camps!
We are thrilled to invite your child to join us for 6 weeks of unforgettable creativity, hands-on experiments and summer magic at the WELL Summer camps! Our summer camp program is designed for incoming Kindergarten through 5th Grade WUSD students.
Choose the weeks that work for your family!
New this year: Families can select either part-day (9:00–3:30) or full-day (7:30–5:30) options for added flexibility.
*Note to Preschool families: Current WUSD Preschoolers moving into TK for the 2025-2026 school year may register for camps beginning on Week 3 (June 30 – July 3)

All camps will be hosted at Mattie Washburn Elementary School.

Camps will be held on the Mattie Washburn campus for all students. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Important Tips for Registration:
If you already used this platform to register your child for the 2025-2026 WELL program, do not create a new applicant. Just click “Edit” and select the new program and correct year:
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is submitted and your fees will be added to your AERIES account.
Payment deadlines:
To secure your child’s spot, please pay summer camp fees by:
- Weeks 1 and 2: Due by May 30, 2025.
- Weeks 3-6: Due by June 20, 2025.
Financial Assistance & Subsidies:
Families participating in the WELL ELOP program during the 2024–25 school year are eligible for 3 weeks of FREE summer camp—covered through your ELOP Fee Waiver!
Planning to use child care assistance through Sonoma 4Cs or another agency?
Be sure to submit your certificates that include summer camp rates by May 30, 2025.
