Sandy Dobbins volunteers in her daughters’ classrooms, and has served on school site council and the District-wide Board Budget Advisory Committee. In 2002, she was elected to the Board. She is committed to the Board's efforts toward the protection and enhancement of the academic experience for all of Windsor students. She believes that a Board member’s governance role requires vision, personal integrity, honesty, and foremost, a strong focus on students in the policy-making process.
