Heather Cullen is a credentialed teacher (with a Masters in Education), long time tutor, music teacher, and the mother of four children. She has experience developing a successful Montessori Charter school, teaching severely handicapped and at risk students. Before teaching, Heather was a research chemist for DOW Chemical,Aquanautics, and a private Environmental Engineering Company. Heather is especially interested in supporting science, math, and music programs. She encourages continued open communication between the board and the Windsor community.
